    Hi I have been getting BSOD on my brand new laptop so i sent it back for warranty repair they changed the motherboard but then i still got blue screens so i sent it back they reloaded OS, then i still got blue screens i sent it back they changed the main board again. and now two days after i received it from repair i get this blue screen ---> Dump File ---> https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjrBAQJVJgQT9xgWwu2sYyb84LPM


    can anyone help with this?

    I have checked the ram and the hard drives it says they are fine.

    Multiple BSODs in a fresh install of Windows 10


    Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
    Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

    Step 1:

    I suggest you to right click on the game and try to run as administrator and check.

    Step 2: if that doesn't help I suggest you to install game in compatibility mode and check:

    Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

    1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

    2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

    3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

    4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

    5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
