Windows 10: BSOD on lvrs64.sys

Hi - For the past few days, I'm getting intermittent BSODs faults that cite the lvrs64.sys driver, which is the Logitech webcam driver. I've updated all drivers audio, video, webcam, usb to the latest. I've also updated windows accordingly.


I've attached the DMP file and system information file in my OneDrive here:




Any insights on how to troubleshoot this would be helpful. I can always disconnect the camera and disable the driver, but that seems kind of lame.

Same problem. Sometimes multiple BSOD's per day. I disabled lvrs64.sys by renaming it _lvrs64.sys and replaced it with the generic Windows driver, but now the video works,
but no audio.

Hello.

In the past few days I've been experiencing a BSOD regarding the lvrs64.sys driver of Logitech (error code: SYSTEM_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED). I have downloaded the latest driver related software from logitech which is probably the Logitech Camera Settings;
but, is this the problem? I've done it also in the past and for a long time I didn't have any BSOD episodes. Why now? What else could it be? Any suggestions.

There seems to be a number of issues with this driver and neither Microsoft nor Logitech is able to help. I, like many others, are forced to work from home right now and having a dependable webcam (and supporting software) is critical for my job. There
have been problems with this for many years it appears.

I have uninstalled all Logitech software yet the lvrs64.sys driver persists. Probably because the generic Windows driver, that Microsoft tells us to use does not exist on my PC and I am unable to locate it on Microsoft's site or anywhere else for that matter.
So no Microsoft, uninstalling the device or updating driver does nothing because the only driver available is lvrs64.sys.

Please offer a solution. Nothing on any forums has worked and half the suggestions are not even viable.
