Okay. The specs were placed in #2 instead of #1.

    Please uninstall advanced system care.

Please list all drivers that it has installed.

This software has complicated the troubleshooting:

It has software which removes the dump files:
    Advanced SystemCare 11 User Manual
Advanced SystemCare 11 User Manual Settings
Advanced SystemCare 10 User Manual & Optimize

    It alters the registry.

There are so many confounding factors related to the use of this software.
It would be best to start with a clean install (delete partitions, format the drive, make an unallocated drive, reinstall windows 10 version 1703)
Then with a clean install it would be in the "vanilla form"
The vanilla form is not 3rd party drivers, no applications, no files.
The computer environment then would be tested for stability.
Does it still have a WHEA 0x124 error? Does it still need a workup for malfunctioning hardware?
If so this is best done without all the other confounding factors.

i have had bsod long before advanced system care.
i can see how it could have complicated the troubleshooting. just uninstalled it.
i've had had 3 previous clean installs with 2 of them windows 7 professional and 1 windows 10 pro educational and still got bsod with the same error code.
today i am setting a new cpu, motherbaord and ram cause i just need to be able to use my computer without having the fear of a bsod.i dont have another computer to continue the tests. intel 4460, asus maximus ranger 7 and the 4 modules of ram will be replaced.
if with the new setup i get another bsod i believe it might be the psu.
the new clean windows will be installed on my second hdd and not the one i have them now so i can narrow that down as well.
could you tell me with all the information that i have provided so far, what you believe the problem might be? i dont want a solid answer if you cant provide one cause of lack of information, just to let me know what you think so far.cause i am going to give away those parts and i dont want someone to end up with a bad hardware.
