    BSOD on Surface Pro 2017

    I just bought a new Surface Pro 2017 and I'm getting several BSOD errors, with the text "ATTEMPT TO WRITE READ ONLY MEMORY" while using the computer.

    BSOD ntoskrnl.exe on Surface Pro (2017)

    I followed the
    directions of ZigZag3143 (MS -MVP)     and windows wouldn't even boot after starting Driver Verifier following all the

    Driver Verifier instructions    .

    I couldn't start in Safe Mode (F8 no longer works in Win 10 apparently), so restored my system to the restore point I created as first step in the instructions.

    Surface Pro (2017)

    After running Bluescreenview after the crash last night, there was only: ntoskrnl.exe+369e40

    Now, after the Driver Verifier crash, BlueScreenview shows ntoskrnl.exe+76c03f but also LGBusEnum.sys+1f0 - so I suspect Logitech. The only installed Logitech software Revo Unistaller Pro reports is "Logitech Gaming Software 8.94".
