Windows 10: BSOD only in idle

A few days ago I upgraded the CPU, RAM and motherboard, since the first day I have been facing this error: "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED".

During high or medium load it works for hours normally. But a few minutes in idle the error reappears. Windows was formatted and did not resolve. I don't know what to try anymore.

My specs: CPU: Ryzen 7 2700; Mobo: ASRock B450M Steel Legend; RAM: 2x8GB HyperX Fury 2400mhz (HX242C15FB3/8); GPU: RX 570 8GB Gigabyte Gaming; PSU: Corsair VS500 500W 80+ White; SSD: 1x Kingston A400 240GB; HDD: 1x WD Green 1TB 7200RPM;

Bluetooth still on while idle

Thanks for following the steps. Now, the settings won't take effect if you are only using normal PC idle mode. Normal functionality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are to stay connected even if PC is idle. With the settings that you have created, we would
suggest that you set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or
Hibernate once idle. In this way, the settings "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should take effect.

To set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or Hibernate when idle, please follow these steps:

• Open Control Panel, set view by: Small
  icons.
• Look for Power Options.
• Click on Change when the computer sleeps on the left pane.
• Set a timer.

Have you tried booting the PC in Safe mode to know if the issue persists?

1. • No, would be hard to work in safe mode

4.
Have you installed any non-Microsoft security software on your PC?

1. • No, nothing

I’m receiving 2 types of BSODs

UEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION



It happens while I work, usually browsing. I think always when browsing. The computer gets into waiting mode (mouse icon) and BSODs in a couple of seconds after that.



REGISTRY_ERROR

When idle, I come back to this BSOD after leaving the computer for a while.

PSU Voltages, etc thanks again for your assistance

Also installed Radeon 16.2.1 which has been suggested as a driver that resolved some other unrelated issues - thought it was worthwhile in the first instance going quite far back with an older driver and see what happens
