Windows 10: [BSOD] PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA 50 - Possible Driver Fault Assistance Needed

I appreciate any and all help in advance. The computer only BSODs when booted from a shut-down state, or rebooted while powered on. The stop code is "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA 50". I'm not new to troubleshooting basic windows errors, but never have I before been so troubled by a BSOD. Normally it's as simple as rolling back system updates or uninstalling a new device. In this case, however, I am unsure when the BSOD started happening as I was not the one using the machine when it started. Issue:

VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116) or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) BSOD (both caused by atikmdag.sys and atikmpag.sys) daily, it occurs randomly and oftentimes it doesn't even show a BSOD, my pc just suddenly freezes and restarts. Have
already tried DDU to reinstall GPU drivers and I tried various drivers. Have also run memtest x86 4/4 passes without any errors.

Is my PSU or GPU dying?
