Also ran sfc nothing returned, cleaned the register did not help.
ran cpu stress test no result.
Will run memtest overnight, after having ran 9 runtroughs this morning without any error i got the feeling my memory is just fine

    UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION BSoD (Windows 10)

    Hello.

I've recently started getting this error shortly after getting windows 10

This error seems to replace the KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE error that I used to get on Windows 8.1.

This BSoD usually happens when I play games for a long period of time, after that, the game starts to freeze for a couple of seconds, then crash into a BSOD. If I exit the game before that, my HDD stops working (it disappears from My PC), but my SSD keeps
running. It's sometimes random, and I would sometimes get low paging file memory errors even though I have over 30gbs just from my SSD, and I would have to restart to stop those errors only to crash after a period of time of playing a game.

I'll post links to both Win10 BSoD's and Win8.1 BSoD

    WIN10:

    Desktop.rar

    Win8:

    win8dump.rar

I've already tried driver verifier, but windows BSoDs on startup saying driver verifier violation or something.

I did not get any new .dmp files from driver verifier as well.

    Any help would be useful

    thanks

    Windows 10, BSOD - ntoskrnl.exe problem

Just had the BSOD error "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA"

I was trying to play the game Firewatch at the time, launched into a save state. Almost immediately froze and then the BSOD appeared.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Noobstyle,

    Welcome to the 10forums *Smile

Have you cleaned up your system with a utility like disk cleanup? Such utilities remove the system memory dumps which we need for analysis.

With the nature of the 0x124 and only a single dump present it is nearly impossible to point to the right direction.
The only thing I can get is that the Nvidia driver is being flagged, for a to me unknown reason, but I cannot tell if this is the result of a hardware problem or not.

UIninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial for the installation part *Arrow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Hi Axe0,

I have since the asked question removed the driver reinstalled the driver and used windbg to read the dumps, yeah i noticed a bit too late cccleaner also cleans up windumps.
Ow back on topic found out the dump shows that intel drivers are at fault for the given error i got, will do a clean win install and then install the proper drivers tor my chipset.
the ones current i stalled come from asus the mobo manufacturer and will use the ones provided by intell for the given chipset this time.
Hope this will fix the problem. Will update if this does not fix the problem.
Could u send me in the way where u got it from where the dump points towards the nvidea driver?

Ow and what i got from the dump was,

    ADDITIONAL_DEBUG_TEXT:
You can run '.symfix; .reload' to try to fix the symbol path and load symbols.

I would recommend to read WinDBG - The Basics for Debugging Crash Dumps in Windows 10 to learn how I came to my suggestion.
My suggestion is merely a guess based on what I found in the dump.

It is recommended to keep using the onces ASUS provides.

Incorrect, with a single dump we cannot determine the cause of the BSOD when dealing with a 0x124.

Code: ******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) A fatal hardware error has occurred. Arg4: 0000000000000124, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.[/quote] We see that the 0x124 says that the system has found a hardware error that it could not correct.
We can also see that parameter 2 holds the error condition, so let's dump it out

ha thank you, well only thing left for me then is to wait untill it bsods again and properly upload the dump then.
ill use the guide for now to learn a bit about dumps myself too since i am kind of interested what kind of information it holds and how to read it all.
maybe i could even be of assistance to others on the forum in the future
