when I go to update System Specs, there is literally nothing there, I have tried on 2 different computers so the problem with that seems to be your end. In the meantime, I'll just post my system specs here:

There is currently some editing going on, a few problems with the My System Specs visibility in the usercp.

However, I meant that the system specs of your laptop was in the 'My System Specs', but according to the logs you are having problems with your desktop.

Before you updated your system specs, it stated as computer type: laptop.

Anyway, please follow my instructions for completing your system specs, including PSU and cooling system which info you can't get from that tool.

That's odd, I never once had my laptop specs below, it was always my Desktop and I never edited it.

I still cannot access my system specs to edit them, most info from the tool is found in my previous post above. My current PSU is listed in my System Specs already, which is: Delta Electronics dps-300ab-82a 300W 80 plus bronze

I do not know my cooling system, I will look up how to find out and edit this post once I know, if you are able to figure anything out without my cooling system then feel free to let me know. If it helps, I have tested CPU and GPU temperatures already and neither were overheating.

I decided to run the game again to see if I could get it to crash, the last two times were freezing every few seconds but not creashing which makes me think it's possible they are separate issues that I just assumed were the same earlier and I may have fixed the crashing one already. Earlier a Windows 10 Update was installed also, and I had yet to do any tests after this so I wanted to see. Currently have had the game running for a decent amount of time on high settings with little issue despite having problems earlier. It's still too early to say it's fixed, as I've had a situation like this before, but right now things look decent.

Would you look back to search for that post for that info? *Wink
I wouldn't when a thread is getting multiple pages.

Good to hear, please keep me posted *Smile

The error is not fixed, I quit out of ESO and decided to try another game that I know causes the same issue, Heroes of the Storm, Set the graphics to high and got the exact same error from before, game crashed and computer restarted, with nothing seeming to be fixed at all. I do not understand why this is happening, at all. I still can't update my CPU settings so you still have to use the info I dumped from above and if you want I can upload a new ZIP file with the most recent crash to this file once my computer restarts. Here's a copy paste of my CPU info from above:

    CPU:

If you really can't help me then I'll just have to look somewhere else for assistance. Because right now I feel I have accomplished absolutely nothing when it comes to fixing this issue.

Keep in mind that a bluescreen may be caused by 1 thing, or tons of things!

I suggest you check Windows Update for Windows 10 10586 update, it may help.

That's the update I got today, I forgot to change my OS info on the previous thing with my specs, so I already have that.

My new OS info is: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit 10586 Multiprocessor Free

Ok, thank you for letting me know *Smile

Please run the dm log collector again, I am suspecting a bug somewhere, but I'm not sure about it and don't know yet where.

I can't find much about the specs of your motherboard.
What slots are there for your GPU? What slot is used by the GPU?

    Have you tried different onces?
The newest may not always be the solution for a problem.
