The motherboard is the one that came with the Acer Aspire T that I purchased, here's everything the program you provided says about my Motherboard (Which will also be more view able under system specs later as I can now edit them):

    Manufacturer: Acer
    Name: Base Board
    Product: Aspire TC-603
    Serial: DBSPZ1100145100085EE02
    Removable: False
    Replaceable: True

This computer is a pre-built, so I did not do anything to the GPU. I saw a number of slots available for the GPU (I think it was 4) and since I have not touched them, I have not tried a different slot. I'll enter my complete system info now, then shut down my computer and see exactly how many GPU slots there are and also try placing the GPU in another slot.

EDIT: On my laptop right now with case open, there are no other slots for my GPU on the motherboard, there is only 1. Cooling is also a standard stock cooling system (Looks like this: http://www.pcstats.com/articleimages...ll1155_hsf.jpg)

Can you borrow a GPU to test?

getting another GPU is pretty out of the question right now. I would have to borrow it from someone else and I don't really know anyone who would be willing to do that.

    Have you tried different drivers?
If you have and still get crashes, I suggest you contact Nvidia for your problem.

I have tried an older driver to the same result, I'll contact them later then I guess, bit busy right now.

Bumping this up to add some new information. I have not tried another GPU, but at some point I plan to get a GTX 950 because it's affordable and much better than my GTX745, I can check if the issue is resolved if I switch GPU's when I purchase that. But the real interesting information I'd like to say is that I get the same freezing every few seconds when I load up the game Dishonored. Why is this interesting? Because I've played through the entire game before on my computer, after I got Windows 10. This means that my issue is a recent issue. I don't know what I did other than update those drivers (Which I rolled back so shouldn't be the cause anymore) in the timespan of playing Dishonored perfectly and when I started getting this error, but I was thinking maybe this info might make it easier to nail down the issue. It might still be a hardware issue and my GPU just got screwed somehow, but I'd like to try everything I can before I buy my new GPU so I don't swap it and still get the same issue.
