    Still got the issue: Attachment 44542

    Darndest thing, If I BSOD I sometimes repeatedly get BSODs when booting in for a while after that (~2-3 times, as things are loading).

    I'm trying uninstalling Chrome as that's the only thing I think might be affecting it.

    Are the games installed through Steam?

    Yes games installed via Steam, literally nothing else during playing, except maybe alt-tabbing to Facebook chat, as I got rid of my second monitor a while back due to issues. (Yes I tried playing without a browser open)

    Playing smaller games like Risk of Rain (or other Roguelike type games) does not cause crashes. I've played Risk of Rain (also installed via Steam) for hours without crashing earlier this week.

    Please check if the games have DRM, because Windows 10 doesn't support it but I don't know yet how Windows 10 reacts on DRM.

    Another thing I have in my mind is that this is a bug with Windows 10, a memory resource bug.

    DotA 2 definitely does not have DRM (free game, Steam required for install however)
    Same with MGSV, as far as I can tell.

    I think I'm going back to Windows 7 in a couple of weeks. This is infuriating.

    I understand what you're going through.

    Do you have a proper backup of Windows 7? Like an image or something?

    I'll just download a copy from the Microsoft website when I have the time to do the reinstall (like I said, ~2 weeks away).

    If I still have issues after that, I'm going to presume all hardware is faulty and head back to the comp shop for a refund/change.

    I'll let you know either way.

    If there are still issues, then it would be the motherboard.
    We have ruled out pretty much everything else, except for the PSU.
    Although, if the PSU has problems I would expect sudden shutdowns or restarts then a bluescreen.

    How do I tell if it's the motherboard?

    I've stress tested my RAM, my CPU and my GPU, (which should stress my PSU too, right?), but how do I test my MOBO?

    The PSU hasn't been tested, there is another method to test the PSU.
    The mobo can only be tested by replacing it
