  1. BSOD problem: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL relating to ntoskrnl.exe

Hello, I have been having issues with my computer randomly crashing and many times locking up the computer at random intervals until I restart the computer again. I couldn't figure out what the problem was so I installed a program called WhoCrashed to help me identify what the problem is. First time I was able to use the program, it pointed to my wifi usb stick so I removed it thinking it might solve the problem but my computer kept freezing at random times still! Finally yesterday, I got another BSOD with the code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and ran WhoCrashed again.

This is the message that was provided by the program:

    Crash dump directories:
    C:\Windows
    C:\Windows\Minidump

On Sun 5/3/2020 4:00:14 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\050320-11671-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe nt+0x1C2390
    Bugcheck code: 0xA 0x7533CF0E6973, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80019AC46D0
    Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above. This is a software bug.
This bug check belongs to the crash dump test that you have performed with WhoCrashed or other software. It means that a crash dump file was properly written out.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

So I decided to google issues relating to it and ran a memtest only to find out that there were no errors to be found! I'm confused at what I should do at this point and would really like for my computer to stop freezing and giving me BSOD.

    :)

  4. BSOD problem: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL relating to ntoskrnl.exe

    BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hey, The BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message is related to a hardware problem and more namely a driver problem. It can usually be solved with a quick driver uninstall and reinstall from your manufacturer or through windows.

I suggest downloading DDU which will delete your drivers and make everything clean. AFter that find the manufacturer for your GPU and reinstall the drivers. Or go through device manager and use that.
