Source refers to the origin to download and install the bios firmware.

See if you can update the posted logs with msinfo32, dxdiag, event log etc.

I cant seem to remember the source since its been a while since I built this particular PC, someone the things are old and I always found a way to update it regardless, always spending hours trying to find it online.

BSOD problem that just keeps coming back

There were 2 misbehaving hardware drivers:
    atikmpag.sys
    atikmdag.sys

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the AMD website.

    2) When you use the AMD web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver.

    https://www.wagnardsoft.com/Display

    Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.7.2

    Windows 7 Help Forums .

    htmlhttp://support.amd.com/en-us

    3) Please perform a manual windows update.

    4) Open device manger > click view > show hidden devices > post an image of any item with a yellow triangle.

4a) Expand Universal serial bus controllers > look for HidUsb > post an image into the thread
4b) Right click on HidUsb > left click properties > left click details > post an image into the thread
4c) Right click on HidUsb > left click properties > left click driver > post an image into the thead

In the zip the event log was blank.

The bsod mini dump debugging indicated the same video graphics driver.
    atikmdag.sys

There was a faulting application using DDU.

Were the BSOD before, or after using DDU?

Please find/post all of the available graphic drivers from Gigabyte and AMD.

Okay. Another driver version is needed.

Which options have you found on Gigabyte and AMD?

In Giga I havent looked yet because I am not exactly sure of what I am looking for.

In AMD there is the Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta and the version I am using Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1 (which is compatible with windows 10, but I dont really think so since I used to have 7 and switched to 10)
