Windows 10: BSOD RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED

I updated all the drivers as suggested and still RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED BSOD came a day after usage...i installed drivers correctly by restarting when required....here is the dump file of the recent bsod

BSOD RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED

I've been having a lot of BSOD lately so i formatted my pc and then when I play game (LOL) a bsod occured Im very frustrated because i thought by formatting pc I wont experience anymore bsod

Specs :

ryzen 5 3600

Auros b450

nvidia rtx 2060

2x 8gb G.skill tridnet Z

Windows 10

Multiple BSOD before and while attempting to Install Windows 10

Alright, I tried to install onto the HDD and got the kernel security BSOD while Setup was running, during the step Installing Features.

I tried again, and this time it succeeded and my PC restarted as it should, but after a while at this loading screen:

I got another BSOD, this time RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED.

Now, when I try and boot up, I get this screen:
