  1. BSOD - Ryzen 3700x / MSI X370 SLI PLUS / RTX 2070 GALAX

Guys, I would like help with a problem that I've been facing for a while and I can't solve it I'm an advanced PC user, I bought the separate parts and built my own setup more than once and only now I've been having problems.
I have an MSI x370 PLUS, a Ryzen 7 3700x and an NVIDIA 2070, it happens that from time to time I have blue screen on the PC, this happened after exchanging my Ryzen 5 1600x for the Ryzen 7 3700x together with a new memory kit, model HX432C18FW / 16 with two 16 GB memory sticks, totaling 32 GB.
I've done memtest86 more than once, it passed without any error 4/4 passes successfully, I've run BlueScreenView, WhoCrashed and I can't get to the source of the problem.
I am using the PC normally when I am suddenly surprised by BSOD out of nowhere ... It usually occurs while I have tasks that require little PC, for example, browsing with Chrome, or attending a meet via Google Meet or even the Zoom Meet application, I would like to know what I can investigate to discover the source of the problem and solve it. Normally the BSOD errors are: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

  2. Recurring BSOD on Win 10 and minidump information

    Hi,

I've run into BSOD problems in my new desktop (Ryzen 7 1700, MSI x370 SLI Plus).

I've ran Driver Verifier and ran into BSODs there as well. I've included the DMP files in a zip archive. Please advise. Thanks!

BSOD: System Service Exception, driver irql not less or equal, etc.

So i've been getting the aforementioned BSODs and have no idea how to solve them. They happen randomly, even when the computer is in idle. From BlueScreenView, i see that they are caused by ntoskrnl.exe.

The dump files can be found here: dmp files

Extra info about my computer specs:

Mobo: MSI x470 gaming pro carbon

    BSOD - Ryzen 3700x / MSI X370 SLI PLUS / RTX 2070 GALAX

Consistent BSODs Since Ryzen 3700x upgrade

    Hello,

    Looking for some help.

Since i upgraded from my Ryzen 2600x to 3700x i have been plagued by BSODS, they occur mainly when idling or when doing some light things like chrome or using mod organizer 2 for Skyrim etc but never has once happened during gameplay itself.

    My full specs are:

    CPU - Ryzen 7 3700x

    MOBO - ASUS X470 Prime (BIOS 5204)

RAM - Corsair 16GB Vengeance RGB Pro 3200mhz

GPU - EVGA RTX 2080 XC

    Storage - 1TB Intel 660p M.2 (Boot Drive), 1TB Samsung EVO 860, 500GB Samsung EVO 850, Crucial MX500 250GB, Seagate Barracuda 2TH HDD.

The Errors i have seen from Most seen to least are:

1 - irql not less or equal

    2 - APC Index Mismatch

    3 - System Service Exception

4 - Kernel Security check failure

5 - Kernel Mode heap corruption

they always tend to point to ntoskrnl.exe in event viewer.

    Anyways i done the following:

    - Decided to do a fresh install on my m.2 SSD which i brought after all of the BSODS so it couldnt be that drive,

    - Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic with no errors reported

    - Installed Latest AMD & Nvidia Drivers from respected sites

    - Used CMDPrompt to SFC/Scannow and got told there were some corrupt files which couldnt be fixed (same happens in safe mode)

    - Used device manager to check for any driver updates

    - Checked for viruses and malware and none reported

On reddit someone said this could be due to RAM timings with the new Ryzen chips IMC effecting and pointed towards some tools, i am going to run a memtest ASAP when i can to check my RAM isnt faulty but it was working fine with the previous chip.

Anyways here are some dump files hopefully you can open then and read them and make sense of them
