bsod screen at random times during use

My pc was bumped over on its side several days ago and now it is giving me bsod randomly at times. My temperatures are good on both my cpu and gpu. I ran windows disk checks on both SSD's and also a memory check which all reported good. The bsod screens seem to be completely random. When computer is running it is working great with no noticeable issues. I have had it crash while gaming, surfing the internet, and watching YouTube. After restart the computer will work great again. Sometimes for 1 hour, other times for 20 minutes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    :)

Have you tried reseating all the graphics and memory cards in case they got disturbed when the PC fell on its side? Probably worth checking all the internal connections too.

Sounds like you have already tried removing and replacing the cards and all the connections. If this has not helped then we are probably looking at a driver issue. I'll look at your logs and see what I can find.

    Hi libr8r2,

    Welcome to the 10forums *Smile

Kaspersky is basically causing an access violation on the memory, I'm not going indepth of the reason behind it all.
I would suggest to remove Kaspersky while troubleshooting and use Windows Defender as alternative.

Could this have started due to the pc tip over? I got the first blue screen the very next time I used the computer after it tipped over. The prior six months didn't show any issues while using Kaspersky. I have removed it though.

Lets check the memory first before we continue with the drivers.

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

I disabled fast startup and it is still doing the same thing.

What is fast boot in the BIOS set to? If I remember it correct it should be disabled what is the default option.

When you go to the boot options, please make a photo of it and post it. The last time I ran MemTest86+ I saw a few options from the USB where 1 was the correct one, others either lead to Windows or the same problem as you have.

Here they are. I attached a picture in BIOS of how I have been trying to boot and also one from the Quick boot menu. Lastly, on with the fast boot option disabled.
