Windows 10: BSOD shortly after startup of win10

What's the use of a kernel dump besides a larger stack? There isn't much more to be found that isn't already in the minidumps.

Are those temps that high when you use the pc like you always would?

 

Right now the CPU Temp is about 80 degrees in idle (60-80 in idle, 80-99 under load). The motherboard seems to be that high Always (maybe something betwen 80-100)

 

But I get BSOD just after starting when in idle (CPU temp 60-70 degrees).

 

What case and cooling are you using? When has the hardware been cleaned of dust last.

 

As I stated Before, I use "NoFan CR-95C". A passive cooling for my CPU.
I suppose I can Clean the CPU and cooler from thermal grease and apply new one. A quite tedious job though.
As computer case I use "NoFan CS-80", so no fans except the on the GPU.
This also means there is not much dust around.

 

So basically there is no proper airflow to cool the system which could be a reason for why there are internal timer errors. If you've been using the system for a while under high temperatures (70-80C+) there's a good chance more hardware has been damaged due to overheating.

Safe temps for your CPU is max 60C, with temperatures around 100C you can expect performance degradation as the CPU will throttle for protection.

You'll need to install 1/2 fans to get safe temps.

After having the CPU replaced (it was tested faulty on another system) the temperature is much lower (below 50 degrees when idle).
My conclusion is that the faulty CPU caused the high temperature not some lack of cooling.

 

Good to hear, but IMHO it sounds still a little high but that may be because my CPU reaches up to 45C under heavy load.
