  1. BSOD since Servicing Stack 10.0.17763.2262 Update

Good morning, I hope someone can help me with this. Since 20.10.2021 I get a blue screen with stop code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. This happens reproduceable after a few seconds every time I log in to Windows, but only if I dont have a secondary monitor plugged in. I think It has something to do with Servicing Stack 10.0.17763.2262 or KB5006744 Update because before I never had a Problem and I didnt change drivers, hardware or other things. My laptop is an MSI Leopard GP76, my Windows version LTSC2019 see files belowWe have to use the LTSC Version in our company because of compatibility reaso

    :)

  3. servicing stack updates

    Hi Neville,

Servicing stack updates are not listed in the Update History. A workaround is to install the newest cumulative update, which requires your device to have the latest servicing stack update Installed. If it says the update is not applicable provided it is for
your version and architecture, it probably would mean you do not have the latest SSU.

    Hope that helps.
