    I am facing bsod error on my new laptop. I updated it immediately after i bought it a few weeks ago. Tried resetting but didn't work I and sfc scan and check dsk are clear. I took it back to the shop where i bought it. The guy said he will reinstall windows through usb. Wanted to ask if doing this will solve my issue? Or will it still persist? Will the laptop be the same as it was right out of the box? The guy says i should have no issue activating windows since it's linked to my outlook account. Is that so? Please confirm.

    BSOD 'Machine Check Exception' Error (Almost Everyday)


    Hi sercanpaspal,

    Welcome to the 10forums Bsod system service exception error for more details check please check my previous question :)

    Please check your manufacturer for driver updates for the network and touchpad.

    Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
    Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

    Please fill in your system specsPlease follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
    The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.How to fill in your system specs:

    BSOD System Service Exception

    Hello,

    I recently upgraded my PC, almost all of my components except for keyboard, mouse, power supply, and monitors. Here is a list of my equipment:

    Motherboard: Asus Prime B450m-a/csm

    CPU: AMD 2700x

    Ram: Trident Z RGB 3000mhz

    GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

    Storage: Adata M.2 256gb NVMe

    External 1tb Mybook

    After I got all my equipment set up I have been getting a BSOD System Service Exception. I have tried a clean install on my M.2 with Windows 10 Pro, but I continue to get a BSOD. I have ran a Checkdisk, and did a memory check also with nothing found.
    I am not overclocking anything yet so I am not sure why this error is happening.

    I went online and did all of the steps to try to figure out what was wrong, but could not figure this out.

    Please Help!!!

    This issue might be caused by system conflict. For us to know more, please answer the following:

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to the issue?
    • For us to have a better image of your concern, can you provide us a screenshot of the error that you are getting?

    Also, have you tried performing to check the article provided by Sumit Dhiman2 on the previous response? If not, we suggest checking it and perform the steps provided.
