Event ID 6008 even with clean shutdown

    Here is the error message:

The previous system shutdown at 7:03:14 PM on ‎8/‎6/‎2015 was unexpected.

The strange thing is that there are no system events between 4:02:26 PM and 7:41:18 PM when I shutdown the machine.

Anytime this happens it's a nuisance because I have a RAID1 on this machine, and any BSOD/unexpected shutdown forces the RAID to resynch.

  3. BSOD with IRQL NOTLESS OR EQUAL error on my comp

    Original title: 6008 forcing 1001

Usually seeing bsod with irql not equal or less error on my comp

Event viewer shows two event simultaneously - first 6008 then immediately after 1001

the 6008 shows "The previous system shutdown at xxxx on ‎xxxx was unexpected (at this time the windows was working ok, I mean no crash etc.)

Noticeably, 6008 shows a previous time for unexpected shutdown always (even when at that time system was working ok) and then probably windows forces some Bugcheck 1001 which results in bsod with irql_error.

Suspecting CPU overheating, run Speccy, CPU has temperature in the range of 48-59%, occasssionally to 61% for a sec

    The one dumpfile is

The proces name is MSIafterburner, are you overclocking or using this program. Do you have the latest version installed or remove this program.

Also You are still on a early build of windows 10 Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586) (10586.th2_release_sec.161024-1825)

Update your system to the latest build and install all windows updates.
This will improve the stability of your system and if your lucky may even stops the BSODs.
