Windows 10: BSOD - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I had several problems with my pc, so i started investigating them.

first I heard cracking noises from my speakers, so i checked the DPC latency and i saw it was too high.

Then i encountered this BSOD - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION - what failed: dxgmms2.sys, then there was another one right after - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.


So i rebooted and run the verifier by this guide: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983

And eventually it crushrd for me, but now I cannot reboot.


So I went into advanced recovery command prompt and printed the SrtTrail.txt i saw the root cause:

Unknown bugcheck: Bugcheck c4. Parameters = 0x2000, 0xfffff807620f219a, 0x0, 0x534e4643.

Repair action: System files integrity check and repair.

Result: failed. Error code: 0x57


So i executed:

sfc /scannow

And got: windows recourse protection could not perform the requested operation


So I executed:

chkdsk /r

and found no problems.


Can someone please point me on how to resolve this or at least load the os so i could backup my data?

BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Have been receiving a BSOD and I am hoping to get it solved. The error was stated as: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have completed the steps in the "Driver

BSOD cause by ntkrnlmp.exe SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Hi Eric, actually this issue persists when I started to use this new laptop, therefore I had run a fresh windows , however this issue still persists. BSOD happens occasionally, and I found out that no BSOD occur if I turn off the fast startup feature.

For your information, I had installed an extra slot of 4 gigs RAM during the purchase of this laptop
