Windows 10: BSOD - "THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER" when connecting to wireless display

I get the BSOD when I connect wirelessly to my TV. I have been having problems connecting to the TV since I got the laptop a few months ago, even when I use an HDMI cable. I have tried updating the drivers repeatedly and I am still having problems. I don't have issues gaming, watching videos, etc., unless I connect to the TV. Why is this happening and how do I fix it? It's really frustrating.

BSOD - Thread Stuck In Device Driver

I keep getting the (BSOD) Blue Screen Of Death that shows the error message, "THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER"

After a reboot, the machine works fine - sometimes only for a few hours, other times up to a day or to before it seemingly inexplicably displays the BSOD again.

My System Info is as follows:

Windows 10 Pro

HP ProBook 450 G1

Intel Core i5

RAM 8 GB

64 Bit

What steps do I need to take to fix this?

For us to provide a solution suited to your wireless display concern, we need additional information. Can you answer the questions below?

• Were there any changes made to your device prior to the issue?
• Did you update your Windows?
• Have you tried other troubleshooting steps so far?

In the meantime, we suggest updating your wireless driver and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• 
  Open Device Manager.
  
• 
  Look for Network adapterand click it to expand.
  
• 
  Select the driver then right-click on it and select Properties.
  
• 
  Under Driver tab, click the Update Driver button to update the driver.

Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved.

Step 1: Type Troubleshooter in the search bar next to
Start icon, press Enter.

Step 2: Select View all from the left side panel, and click on
Hardware and Devices option.

Step 3: Follow the onscreen instructions.
