Did the BSOD occur before or after you installed anything?

@axe0, this is what I see installed now:
Code: "AMD Install Manager" "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth" "Team Fortress 2" "VLC media player" "Vulkan Run Time Libraries 1.0.26.0" "AMD Radeon Settings" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization DA" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization DE" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization NL" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization IT" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization SV" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization FR" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization BR" "AMD Settings" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization NO" "iTunes" "Apple Mobile Device Support" "Bonjour" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization ES" "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x64)" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization TH" "AMD Install Manager" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization CS" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization TR" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization CHS" "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Additional Runtime - 12.0.21005" "Apple Application Support (64-bit)" "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Minimum Runtime - 11.0.50727" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization FI" "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Minimum Runtime - 12.0.21005" "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x64 Additional Runtime - 11.0.50727" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization CHT" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization HU" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization EL" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization RU" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization JA" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization KO" "AMD Start Now" "Catalyst Control Center Next Localization PL"[/quote] so it looks like some things (iTunes and game/games) were installed.

It occurred while playing Team Fortress 2. It had also occurred previously while playing League of Legends. To my knowledge it has only occurred once while the computer was idle, but it happens very frequently whilst playing said games.

So I discovered something today that makes me have a theory.

Long story short, my laptop's charger was somehow drawing a considerably higher charge than it would ever need (We discovered this when it flipped a wall socket with overload protection). More notably, we discovered said charger was causing a variety of electrical problems, including my laptop's touchpad malfunctioning and, more importantly, my desktop's headphones to buzz.

The second part proves that said electrical interference was capable of messing with my desktop. Is it possible that it may have somehow been afflicting my GPU and causing said bluescreen? Personally I'm not sure, but I haven't bluescreened yet since I unplugged it, so that's a good sign.

And scratch that previous post. Two bluescreens back to back.

Seems my computer doesn't want me re-downloading Overwatch, considering they were both during an attempt to.

    Dump files linked :/

At this point I think it's a hardware issue. I'm just not sure what else it could be. Any more ideas?

Depending on the protection (if it was good enough (which I can't tell)) it may or may not have caused power issues (damage) to your desktop.

When clean installing after a problem (like a BSOD), it is good practice to not install any software immediately but wait some time until you're sure that the BSOD doesn't return.

If it makes any difference, I seem to have found a consistency: If I have a youtube video running while downloading a game, or updates for a game, such as League of Legends or Overwatch, I'm almost guarenteed to get said bluescreen during the download.

Please remove as much software as possible that you do not use or not planning to use for the next few days.
Please read my previous post for removal of all AMD software if you don't remember exactly what to do.

I would like to move to a system with as less as possible software installed, this should make troubleshooting a lot easier and tell us if your suspicious about a hardware problem is correct.

So I found a nifty little program called WhoCrashed and it gave me the following off the latest crash

On Fri 11/25/2016 3:44:19 PM your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\112516-24593-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: dxgkrnl.sys (dxgkrnl+0x22D0F)
    Bugcheck code: 0x100000EA (0xFFFFDB0EAB57E800, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)
    Error: THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M
    file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: DirectX Graphics Kernel
Bug check description: This indicates that a thread in a device driver is endlessly spinning.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time

So from that it seems I can establish the issue is probably coming from dxgkrnl.sys. My understanding is that has something to do with DirectX. Any idea where we could go from here?

I would not recommend such programs, they mostly do not provide enough information to proper troubleshoot the issue.

Yes it is a driver of the DirectX, but as WhoCrashed says the problem is likely not the provided driver as the provided driver is a Windows driver. From there most users don't know what to do next which is why these programs are not proper. These programs provide not enough information to guide a user to the right direction.

Please fill in your system specsPlease follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
