    BSOD twice a day


    Hello,I have a Dell Latitude 7420 laptop with Windows 10 Enterprise installed. Each BSOD it is either SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION or DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Let me know what other info I can provide, I was working in Outlook and Excel when these crashes first occurred. I have updated BIOS again to latest version, ran sfc scannow, all the dism commands and chkdsk. I do have the MEMORY.DMP, Minidump, and MSINFO32 extracted and ready to be shared for investigation. I feel like this is stemming from a bad driver.Thank You,-Paul

    BSOD at least twice a month - uncertain cause

    I have run driver verifier with the below settings for >48 hours. There have been no BSOD. Please advise on next steps
    • I/O verification
    • Force pending I/O requests
    • IRP logging

    Bsod once or twice a day, usually at night.

    I have provided you the necessary information about my system and dump files in the application.
