I did the other day but for some reason the updates weren't working. I will try again though

 

Okay the bios has been updated.

 

Thought we had it fixed but ended up getting the same BSOD. Do you have a list of diagnostics I can take to see what the problem is?

So it turns out when I reset my computer, it reverted me back to 32bit Windows instead of 64bit. As soon as I updated it I haven't experienced a BSOD.

 

That is something new for me, never seen it happen that a 64x Windows is reverted back to 32x Windows.

Anyway it is good to hear that you haven't experienced any BSOD *Smile

 

Thank you so much for the help. My friend had purchased a key and we used it and it was 64-bit. No idea if it was my error that reverted it but it's fixed now. Thank you a lot for your help!
