Windows 10: BSOD Upon Start Up Windows 10 Stop Code:

I have windows 10 (HP Touchsmart 15) and recently installed updates upon restart, I got the BSOD which gave me the stop code of : FLTMGR File System. I can get to the windows logon screen just fine. But if I try to log in after about a few seconds the stop code pops up. So windows doesn't load. I have tried getting into safe mode using the shift and restart through the power menu. The computer restarts but does not start into safe mode. It just starts normally and brings me to the windows log on.

I made a recovery disk for my HP. I can't find the disk. So I have downloaded the Windows ISO file and am currently putting it on an 8gb flash drive. Hoping this works because I can't even get into the bios either. I click the F10 nothing happens. Even tapping escape to bring up startup menu.

I'm not sure what the newest windows 10 update did. But whatever it did, my computer did not like it.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated. I did google some on the FLTMGR File system stop code but nothing really deals with what to do if it's at start up and you can't load windows.

According to Microsoft, the Vista and later equivalent of STOP: 0x0000009C MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION is:

getting "bsod" on windows 10 need diagnose why

I get this problem once every 4 or 5 days and only after just loading into windows never when windows has been running, I'm guessing is a startup related problem but I don't know it could be a faulty ram, sound card, windows itself etc. What's the first step to getting this clarified??

from my video I can't find the stop error code maybe you guys can help me find it on event viewer to start onto some diagnosis.
