Windows 10: BSOD: What is kmode_exception_not_handled dump files included in onedrive

Hi so I recently built a pc no longer than a month ago and when I am running processes or playing video games two things can happen.1. my system restarts and the RAM light becomes yellow on the motherboard.2. A BSOD with the stopcode KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDAlthough the blue screens are rarer, the random restarts are frequent almost once every or every other day.dmp files: DMP FILES

BSOD Issues, Dump Files included

Please perform the following steps: (in sequence)

1) Run: Tuneup plus > post a share link

(bat scripts prompt AV and require manual overrides)

2) Open Administrative Command Prompt (ACP) and copy and paste:

powercfg -hibernate off

3) Detach all Logitech hardware and uninstall all Logitech software/drivers:

logi_joy_bus_enum.sys

logi_joy_vir_hid.sys

Logitech G HUB 2023.10.493254 Logitech

4) If there are recurrent BSOD or unexpected shutdowns and restarts after completing all of the above steps then swap test RAM displayed on the QVL.

Welcome to the 10forums

Please remove / disable items from the startup in taskmanager
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

Please follow this suggestion for the BSOD

1. Please open BitDefender and go to the modules,
2. Go to the firewall settings,
3. Uncheck 'Block port scans in the network',
4. Reboot your system <-- IMPORTANT

 

BSOD - please help - included dump file

hello. recently i've started having bsod's with error messages like: INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. i've done sfc about 2-3 times now and it still happens. i've done ddu and fresh install of the newest graphics card updates for my 6700xt and have done a bios update for my mobo due to having improved memory compatibility. now i have added 16gb more ram to my already 16 with the same timings and whatnot. i think the ram or something else may be the problem. i've seen on forums to post my dump files so here goes. i hope someone can help me find a solution because i would not like to lose my stuff. its very important to my career.

prior to posting this to forums on reddit or tom's hardware with still no solution; i have tested my ram and the 2 new sticks of 16gb had an error. i took them out and i passed with my original ram sticks of 16gb. i might send the faulty ram in for rma if someone can tell me what is wrong with my pc and why i get these bsod error stops. thanks.
