Windows 10: BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR and black screen

Hi - My HP Envy x360 is getting a BSOD on average twice a day. Sometimes it's a BSOD and sometimes I just get a black screen. When BSOD, it says it's collecting system info but never progresses past 0% complete. In both cases BSOD and black screen I have to do a hard reboot. I followed the guidance here and was able to get a BSOD within 10 minutes and a minidump which is postedhere . Actually there are 3 minidumps, the first 2 are from normal operation and the 3rd 121320-20921-01.dmp is from running verifier. I tried windows reset, but that did not help. I replaced the touchscreen a few months ago, but the BSODs are a relatively new occurrence.

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
