BSOD when I move wired mouse after opening ACAD

After the latest insider update finished installing I opened ACAD, it loaded but when I moved the wired mouse BSOD. Tried a couple of times, same results. Curiously the previous upgrade did the same thing so I just restored back to the previous version and everything again worked. The crash screen stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, What failed: win32kbase.sys.

Again, everything was stable until I moved the mouse.

Is there a way I can fix this?

    :)

Issues with Win 10 Dell Desktop and wired mouse

I am having issues with my Win10 Dell Machine and my dell wired mouse. The mouse is randomly double clicking on a single click and right clicking on a left click. I have already done the basic steps as listed below.

    1>Restarting the machine

2> Removing mouse and plugging it back in.

3> Moved mouse to different USB port.

4>Removed drivers for mouse and rebooted machine.

If this is the improvements Win10 brought I will happily revert back to Win7 without needless crap like Cortana(That you can't simply uninstall).

    Hi,

We appreciate the steps that you already performed. To further isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

    • Have you tested the mouse to a different computer?
    • How about using an alternative mouse to your computer?

We look forward to your response.

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.
