    BSOD when playing games all of a sudden.


    Was playing games earlier and got a BSOD. This is what I see in Event Viewer The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 0xfffff8023183ed60, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000008, 0xfffff8023183ed60. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\112221-4796-01.dmp. Report Id: 6d6b310a-f1f0-49fb-87ce-fdcf2e8b02da.I have no idea how to decipher dump files so I would really appreciate the help. I have a link to the dump files https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArXprI

    Please share the information requested below:

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
