    A few more tests, for the hard drive
    For the first tests, HDTune tests, you could use Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums to boot from since it has HDTune preinstalled.

    If the hard drive test results are fine, I suspect either the CPU, motherboard or PSU to be the cause.

    HDD TEST
    *Arrow Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.
    It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
    When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

    *Arrow Run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Run the long test.
    *Arrow Run chkdsk
    Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
    Use option TWO with parameter /r

    Most USBs are standard formatted in FAT32 (I believe it to be FAT32), you could check if it is correctly formatted by checking the properties (right click > properties) of the USB.

    The problem isn't a hard drive problem then.

    Nvstor.sys is a driver from Nvidia storage controller, could you change the sata cable to a different connection and see of that helps
