Windows 10: BSOD When Trying To Reset Windows 10 (WDF_Violation)

Hey Guys, need urgent help here
i have windows 8.1 earlier and upgrade it to windows 10 latest build
its working fine till i notice system thread exception BSOD occur sometimes (when using chrome) so i decided to reset my windows 10 and start from begining, but when i try to refresh, it show bsod called WDF_Violation (while screen says preparing) it actually happen when i try to use every option on advanced startup too

WDF_VIOLATION when trying to Factory reset in Safemode Windows 10

I have never had a WDF_VIOLATION by doing anything on my computer besides trying to Factory reset, I can do anything I want but as soon as I want to reset I get a BSOD with WDF_VIOLATION. Please help, thanks!

 

BSOD WDF_Violation When Trying to do a Reset or Clean Install with Media

Upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Pro. Upgrade went well. Liking Windows 10 enough that I want to do a clean install of only W10 as this computer was originally XP upgraded to W7 upgraded to W8 to W8.1 and I want a fresh start.

Attempted to do a reset with keeping my files. During the preparation I get a BSOD WDF_Violation. Tried a reset 3 times with same results.

Attempted to use Windows 10 ISO disc to do a clean install and get the same BSOD WDF_Violation during the Automatic Repair screen.

Seen this as a problem on a few forums with no resolution yet.

Please help.

Windows 10 build 10240 does not have the option to Refresh - only Reset
So we must assume you choose Reset

yeah im sorry, its actuall reset but i choose keep files option
