Many problems may be able to be fixed (dism, usb etc.) with an in place upgrade repair:
It should save files and applications.
    Steps:
open file explorer > this PC > insert windows 10 iso into any usb port > identify windows 10 iso within file explorer > click on it to find the setup or setup.exe file > launch the file > make sure you do not click install: instead look in the left lower corner and click on repair your PC > follow the text and images in the link:

From the full memory.dmp you posted, I see that you are getting power state failures due to a blocked USB I/O request.

    Specifically it is pointing to
Code: USB\VID_04F9&PID_02F8\BROJ6F153733[/quote] To rule out an issue with your usb drivers, have you updated to the latest intel chipset drivers?
They can be found using this guide

Also, do you still have a brother printer plugged in via USB? If so, please disconnect it as a troubleshooting measure. If that stops the bugchecks from occuring, I'd strongly suggest updating the driver.

Here is a link to Brother's official driver page for your model

If you experience another crash, I'd be interested in seeing the new memory.dmp along with your standard log collection .zip.

The memory.dmp I was not able to open (rar format)
Can you send it as a one drive or drop box share link?
Were you able to perform an in place upgrade repair?

The latest mini dump misbehaving driver was: iaStorA.sys
Please download and install the Intel Rapid storage technology software/drivers

The Intel Driver Update Utility was also reported as a faulting application and problem signature.

Installed RST yesterday...I'll try again today.

Isn't what I used above a OneDrive link? It won't allow me to just upload the .dmp file without zipping it. Says i do not have permissions....

Were you able to perform windows updates without failed KB# or error code?

Were you able to open device manager and update USBHUB3?

    The prior post was updated.

The event log is still in a foreign language?

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
The computer will reboot to the windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Perform a restore or reset with save files.

See if by trial and error if you can modify anything using this link so that the event log is in English and will allow scanning and reading.

Language - Add, Remove, and Change in Windows 10 Windows 10 General Tips Tutorials

Were you able to interpret any of the characters / words in the above post that appear in a foreign language?

The other thing that you can do is to download and install the Intel Chip set software:
Downloads for Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility

And after this download attempt to perform the in place upgrade repair again.

Later in the day I'll catch up with you to see the progress.

Were you able to use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture of the Memtest86+ results?
Did you use Memtest or memtest86+?
    How many passes?

See if you can perform any of these steps from the earlier posts:
    chkdsk /x /f /r
    HD error, health, benchmark scanning
system restore or reset with save files
    in place up grade repair
Alter the language settings to be able to read the event log.

Do you now have full use of the mouse and keyboard?

Are you able to interpret any of the above characters?

Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > see if anything has a yellow triangular icon > open the section for the USBHUB3 > right click on the rows > in action click scan for hardware changes
