    BSOD 0x00000124

I noticed bsod often appear when I watch long video Youtube (watched by Edge) or movie (watched K-Lite codec and Windows Movies & TV) in external drive. May it occur because GPU (temperature, driver, ...)?

  3. received error : Bad_Pool_Header causes BSOD while watching YouTube

While watching YouTube, I notice some stuttering. At first i thought it was just internet connection issue. However, I experienced BSOD because of Bad Pool Header. I attached a link to the computer's WPR

    Hi cjenvy ,

In the zip there were no bsod mini dump files.
If you are using Ccleaner please click on the windows tab > system > make sure memory dumps is unchecked
The computer that you are using is Asus and we have had a lot of watchdog violation problems related to Realtek wireless LAN drivers.
So far we have not gotten confirmation that the Realtek driver is the problem.
The driver is listed on the computer's driver list.
We had been regularly rolling back this driver as a solution but recently there may have been a problem with a rolled back driver.
So we can wait and process the bsod minidump when it is available, or we can roll back the driver without the confirmation.
The other problems noted in the event log were TPM and hibernation.

    1) open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    6) Powercfg -h off
    7) download and install whocrashed: Resplendence Software - WhoCrashed, automatic crash dump analyzer
    8) click on whocrashed analyze and post results into the thread
    9) above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT > post results into the thread
    10) post a new zip whenever there is a new bsod: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

There was 1 bsod mini dump file and when debugged displayed 1 misbehaving driver.
    This misbehaving driver was rtwlane.sys
The revision date of this driver is 5/2017

    1) Open the Asus website > enter the computer's serial or product number and operating system > find all of the available drivers for the computer and post an image into the thread.
    2) Turn off windows update of non-Microsoft drivers
Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials
    3) Use a wired connection to connect the computer to the internet (ethernet using cat5e cable)
    4) Open file explorer > this PC > local disk C: > in the right upper corner search enter rtwlane.sys > view search results
    5) Open device manager > expand network adapters > find Realtek Wireless LAN > right click > left click properties > left click driver tab > left click driver details button > confirm rtwlane.sys > ok > left click uninstall device button
    6) View file explore search results for rtwlane.sys to make sure it has been uninstalled
    7) perform windows updates > recheck file explorer search for rtwlane.sys to make sure it has not been reinstalled
    8) install an older edition of the rtwlane.sys driver (2015 if available) from the Asus web site
    9) connect the computer to wireless, disconnected ethernet > check performance
