  1. BSOD While Playing Dota 2 - Happens Back to Back

Long time lurker and finally got fed up. Thanks in advance for the help.

I get the BSOD error only when I play Dota 2. Sometimes I can go hours without it. But lately, it's been happening more frequently. Sometimes it happens back to back where after I restart my computer, 2 mins into the game, it crashes.

I attached my log for reference.

    :)

Getting MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION bluescreen error while playing Dota 2 game

    Old title: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

    Hi,

I have been playing a game called 'Dota 2' for a while. I had a Macbook Pro before I had this laptop and the game ran perfectly on my mac. I switched over to a new MSI Windows 8.1 laptop a while ago and re-downloaded Dota 2 on it. It happens randomly when
I'm playing the game, but my whole computer will freeze for a few seconds making a loud buzzing noise and then goes to a blue screen that says MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION. This doesn't happen all the time, it only happens when I am playing Dota 2 and I've had
this issue, mostly every time I play the game.

    This is my system info:

    Getting BSOD's in Windows 10

Hello guys, I'm starting to get regular BSODs -> "FAULTY_CORRUPTED_HARDWARE_PAGE"

    BugCheck code 0x0000012b

They sometimes happen randomly, or when I play some games (Doesn't happen when I play CS:GO or Dota 2 - CPU oriented games) Although BSOD occurs when I play FC3 or GTA IV. Also dump files get deleted because I have less than 25GB free on my partition (really
    Microsoft?)

I scanned my windows files with sfc /scannow it came back clean.

Also I have an error when I try to Install Cumulative Update (KB3081438) error code: 0x80073712,

So yeah since I upgraded from 7, I only get bugs.

    Thanks

Within the log files there were no mini dump files for debugging.
There was information that prior bugchecks were WHEA 0 x 124 and 9C.
Both of these bugchecks typically occur when there is a hardware problem.
