  2. The only option for Boot Option #1 is the Windows Boot Manager; and I can't figure out how to add another UEFI Boot Option. I don't think those links would work

  3. Chkdsk log for drive E at chkdsk-e (2) - Pastebin.com. It seems that there are some bad clusters, some were replaced. An unspecified error occured (75736e6a726e6c2e 4fa).
Chkdsk log for drive C at chkdsk-c - Pastebin.com. This one says that no problems were found.

On the e drive please run these administrative command prompt commands and post the results:
    1) chkdsk (this command should complete rapidly)
    2) chkdsk /scan (this command should complete rapidly)

    3) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    4) chkdsk /x /f (this command may take many hours to complete)
    5) chkdsk /x /f /r (this command may take many hours to complete)
This will repeat the prior command to see whether it will produce the same or different result.

Nice progress. You were able to complete the tests/repairs without the error.
The drive is fragile and had corruption and bad clusters.
The chkdsk inability to read only + the increased bad clusters + the sea tools fail all together suggest an immediate drive replacement. The unexpected could happen in 6 months or next week (for example failure to boot) so make sure all important files are satisfactorily backed up.
