Windows 10: BSOD while upgrading to Windows 10, error C1900101-20017

Hi, I've tried 11 times to upgrade to Windows 10, but every time, no matter what I try, I am confronted with a blue-screen after the first restart in the upgrade process. Upon rebooting, I get a box pop up which tells me I have got error C1900101-20017 and "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with error during BOOT operation". When I click ok, Windows 7 loads once again.

I have tried:

• Updating all of my drivers
• Uninstalling my antivirus (re-installed it now since it didn't work)
• Unplugging unnecessary peripherals
• Clean boot (nothing running on startup)

None of these have changed a thing.

Someone on Reddit is saying they managed to get it fixed by switching to UEFI boot mode, but I can't find that option in my BIOS.

I'm trying in install Windows 10. Of course, it doesn't work. I get error message C1900101-20017. What the **** is that?

What is error C1900101-20017? I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 10 and it's not working.

when I'm trying to install windows 10 reportedly encountering the dreaded
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error C1900101-20017 during the installation it is rebooting the PC immediately after initializing the upgrade process. It is ascertained that the blue screen error message appearing after the restart during the upgrade.
Then the PC restarted again, displaying an installation failure error message with code C1900101-20017. it is showing error message describing that the installer has failed in the
SAFE_OS phase during the boot process. It is reported that the issue occurs due to a
faulty BIOS setting.



Even i tried to install by using bootable USB too.

I need help!
