Windows 10: BSOD - win 10 pro 64 - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.

Axe - have you hired the company I'm talking about? I think you have them mixed up with someone else. I just hired these guys to fix this problem. i think you looked up a different company. the companies you listed sell a software program that go on your computer, these guys actually logged into my computer and read through the forum with me.

SafePCFix.com is actually a US based repair company that logged into my computer the technician personally repaired the computer in about 30 minutes. When the safepcfix guy called me, he has an American accent, and is based in Washington state. their company is 100% United States technicians. they didnt install any software on the computer either, except for a driver that fixed the problem.

I went through with the technician the entire forum thread here and we went through each thing and verified they were repaired. It was so nice to have this much help up front for free because im sure it helped the technician actually repair the problem. I dont know why you said they rip customers off, because they fixed my machine and I have the guys personal cell number if I have problems with it in the future.

They said they will monitor it for 2 weeks to make sure and its warrantied for as long as I own the computer so if there are any problems, they'll fix it again!!

no scam here... the forum did help a lot though, and I am grateful for that help. unfortunately the only solution was to hire a professional to log in and get it repaired.

 

You may think whatever you want, it is the only website I have visited in months that is talking about stuff like tuning up a system to 'give 10-30% better performance'. All companies I mean are talking about the exact same thing.

What I read on their website is mostly ripping off the customers, paying a lot of money for something that can easily be done by someone who needs to understand very few things. Only someone who has never seen a computer in his life wouldn't know.

 

Coincidentally, The computer is actually running faster than when I first got it a month ago. They said the computer isn't tweaked for best performance from Dell out of the box and they put a lot of junk and stuff on it that slows it down. They actually showed me the metrics where it was taking 1min and 50 seconds to start up. Now it only takes 1 minute. Sooo? Thats like 50% better... much higher than the 10-30% you quoted.

I understand, I dont have the expertise that you do, to do this on my own. So I have to hire someone to do it for me. Its worth it. I tried going the free route, but quite honestly, you get what you pay for. Three days trying to fix this, then I hire a professional and he fixed it in 30 minutes!!! then another 30 minutes and the computer was working better. A BRAND NEW MACHINE... working better!!!

Sorry, if I knew how to do it, I would have done it and saved myself some money. BUT it was quite a relief having a trained professional fix it. And not install software like you said? Im happy. Thanks again for all your help!

 

Where did they get the driver from? Do you have a link?
What is the driver version? Is it from Broadcom or Dell or ????

With the above info we may be able to help someone else who has the same (or similar) problem.
