Windows 10: BSOD with DXGKRNL error

I checked the Minidump folder, and found the .dmp files, viewed them with BlueScreenView. The problem was found to be dxgkrnl.sys and ntoskrnl.sys each and every time this has happened.I have done the following at least once:1. Booted into safe mode, used DDU to completely uninstall all Nvidia drivers, then manually deleting any and all files and folders referencing Nvidia.2. Rebooted, and reinstalled the latest drivers downloaded directly from the Nvidia website.3. Ran Windows Memory Diagnostic, and let it run all night. By morning, no errors had been identified.4

Is the error code Video Dxgkrnl fatal error or something else ?

 

BSOD VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR

Hi Microsoft,

I have an MSI GS43 it has two graphic cards, one nvidia and one intel integrated. When I disable the nvidia driver from device manager my laptop work like a charm, no error. When I enable the nVidia driver the problem appear. after a few seconds the blue
screen appear with the code VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. My laptop then tries to restart but it gets stuck on the msi logo and will not boot again. I neet to hard shut down and then restart. The windows restarts normally and after 3-4 seconds BSOD again and
again. I did update my video kard drivers and every suggestion which I've read.

I can also provide mini dump files or whatever it is needed for someone to understand the issue. I also have updated my Windows 10 to 1909.

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.
