    BSOD with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, 0x0000000a, ntoskrnl.exe but sometimes hal.dll


    I've been getting these more and more frequently lately. I thought I might have a bad SATA cable or a storage driver issue, so I disabled the on board SATA controller for a while to troubleshoot, but I just got one. Doesn't seem to correspond to heavy usage. Here's the latest minidump. http://www.431.org/minidump/

    Random BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0x0000000a)


    I keep getting a BSOD reading IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL along with instances where my computer just locks up completely. It happens at random and I haven't been able to figure out what's causing it. If my computer doesn't lock up on startup or crashes during use it runs fine without problems. Event Logs list the bugcheck code as 0x0000000a (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8015f2f42b0). I've attached the zip as instructed.

    I have an issue recently, my Lenovo X1 Carbon stops randomly with a BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

    I have the dmp file checked with bluescreen viewer. I tried reinstalling windows, it did not help.

    Memtest and checkdisk were fine, without error, drivers are up to date. Is it a hardware problem? Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?
