BSOD with multiple stopcodes after Windows 10 update Sep 2019

The issues started happening after Monday night - PC worked fine all Monday and when I came home in the afternoon on Tuesday, it was to the first BSOD. I attempted several fixes from this article: https://windows101tricks.com/windows-10-blue-screen-of-death/

I have been able to log into normal Windows periodically between spats of BSOD-restart-login screen-BSOD loops. There was1-2 hours of stability while the only thing running was WoW on Wednesday night. There was about an 30 m period of stability after I reset Windows 10, but it was not directly after.

    To summarize attempts:

    • Startup repair was unsuccessful
    • Uninstalling the latest feature update could not be completed, uninstalling the latest quality update worked but didn't solve anything.
    • KB4515384 was the latest update my PC had gotten, and it had received it the day my PC started borking. No other changes occured in the same week. As of right now, my PC DOES NOT HAVE KB4515384 installed.
    • Attempted unplugging all USB cables - did not change anything.
    • sfc/scannow in cmd found several issues, but trying dism/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth was not a recognized command when sfc/scannow detected several issues but could not resolve them
    • I do not have a system restore point (apparently it was turned off at some point and I didn't realize, but since resetting Win10 didn't help either...)
    • Attempted CHKDSK C: /F /R /X in cmd and let it run. It gave me a BSOD 90% of the way through.
    • Windows support had me reset Windows 10, which within 10 m proved useless because I had a BSOD with some random stopcode.
    • Following the Win10 reset, I do not have KB4515384 installed and it is the next update Win10 wants to install. Because I reset, there is no other update install record.
    • Memory Diagnostic Tool - ran but did not give me results on logging in.

A lot of stopcodes are increasingly referring to .sys files, and some are more common then others. Page Fault in Nonpage Area pops up more often, as does Attempted to Write to Readonly Memory, Kmode Exception Not Handled

Not entirely sure what this means. Is there anything i can do on my end to help with this?

I kind of figured 4 passes twice wasn't really what we wanted so i left it overnight doing another 8+ passes.

Also the link to the memtest written report:

I'll continue with the other added steps.

Did memtest, took me awhile to realise that it was running 4 passes by default. So what i did was run it for another 4 passes afterwards. Not sure how or even if that impacts the results at all. Came up with 0 errors.
Screenshots for both 4 passes are below.

    1st 4 passes:
