    Hi there,

    I get the famous BSOD with the severe memory management error bug check 0x1A. The parameter 1value of the bug check is 0x61948 which is nowhere documented at least, I haven't found it anywhere.

    0x0000001a 0x0000000000061948, 0x0000000001000000, 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000001000000.

    Does anyone know what this could be? The crash happens one or two times a day.

    This is a new ACER NITRO5 AN517-51

    i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40 GHz

    8.00GB RAM

  2. Need help with Memory Management error 0x1a with parameter 1 0x3f

    Hi there,

    I get the famous BSOD with the severe memory management error bug check 0x1a. When investigating I found that the parameter 1value of the bug check is 0x3f which is nowhere documented (at least, I haven't found it anywhere).

    Does anyone know what this could be? The crash happens several times a day and it's getting on my nerves.

    This is a new Lenovo G70-80 computer bought with Windows 10.

    i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40 GHz

    8.00 DB RAM

    64-bit

    Hi,

    I understand that you are getting Blue Screen error code: Memory Management and driver_irql_not_less_or_equal.

    Ideally, the error code points that there could be a Memory corruption. The MEMORY_MANAGEMENT bug check has a value of 0x0000001A. This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred. For more information, see

    The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x000000D1. This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory while the process IRQL that was too high. For more information, see

    As you have mentioned that you have increased the memory speed and Voltage for RAM, this could also be a possible reason for the Blue Screen error. I would suggest you to reset the memory speed and voltage for RAM to defaults and check.

    However, I have analyzed the dump files shared by you and found that LGBusEnum.sys and e1i65x64.sys are causing Blue Screen error. Upon checking, the LGBusEnum.sys is a driver file for Logitech device and the e1i65x64.sys is a driver file for Intel
    Gigabit Adapter.

    I would suggest you to try updating the drivers for the Logitech device that you are using i.e. Mouse or Keyboard.

    You can run the Logitech auto detect Firmware Update Tool to update the firmware for
    the device. If you have any Logitech program installed on the compute, you can check for the latest updates for the program.

    If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling the driver and install it from the
    Logitech website according to your device model.

    You can download the
    Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
    to update all the Intel drivers.
