    BSODs - Memory Management/Bad Pool Header


    Hello,

    I have been experiencing frequent BSODs recently caused most commonly by "Memory Management" or "Bad Pool Header". This can occur when stationary on the desktop screen or when an application is running. Sometimes the BSODs will not occur for a day and the next day it may occur every 5 minutes.

    I have tested each stick of 4GB RAM individually (16.0GB total) in each RAM slot and the OS boots successfully so I cannot see how this could be a physical RAM problem. I have also performed a full re-installation of Windows 10 and I still get the BSODs.

    Please see my PC specs attached.

    Any support you can offer would be useful.

    Win10 BSOD, Help.

    One other thing when I did see the BSOD at random, it said BAD POOL HEADER.

    Guys I really need your help. I'm getting BSOD (Bad Pool Header) so many times.

    The thread is based around Windows 8, but the solution from Nannya Podder holds true for WIndows 10

    How many passes did you give each stick of RAM during the test? A couple passes may not be enough as maybe getting false positive results
