Windows 10: buenas, no puedo desinstalar microsoft visual c++ 2015

estoy intentando desinstalarlo para volverlo a instalar pero no aparece en programas y recursos, y si lo intento instalar me dice que ya tengo una versión instalada pero solo tengo 2003, 2013 y 2017.....

Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

Microsoft visual c++ 2015 error when running steam games


When i launch a steam game that needs to install visual c++ i get this error



If i hit ok i get this error



Ive gone through my program list and uninstalled all of the microsoft visual C++ programs listed, and reinstalled them but i still get the error.
