    Buffering and drop out.

Hi, I'm running a new M-Track solo soundcard and recently a bought a new Acer Aspire but I'm now getting dropouts in the audio that sound horrible. I have downloaded and run Latency Mon, however I have not used the software and could do with some guidance. The soundcard (M-Track Solo) was running fine on the old laptop, for some reason this isn't the case with my new Acer aspire, your help appreciated.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Buffering on Windows 10 is giving me a headache. Please help

    Hello David,

There are multiple reasons why your Movies and TV app buffers. I would like to know more information to isolate the concern:

    • When did it start?
    • What changes have you made prior to the issue.
    • Is this happening to other streaming apps, like YouTube, Netflix, etc.?

In the meantime, I suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps in this
    article
    to isolate the issue.

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

    Buffer memory?

Hey, I have been researching a little more about hard drives lately, and I noticed there is a specification line that lists the amount of buffer memory. Can someone tell me more about what this means and what its use is and is the different between 8 and 16MB buffer memory substantial?
