Windows 10: Bug on the Weather Live Tile

Does anyone else notice how the chance of rain in the Live Tile and the actual app are completely different? The app is correct BTW, there is no way it's raining today in SoCal.

Windows 10 Pro Weather live tile

Here,

Live tiles can be switched on or off, follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, right click the Weather App tile.
• Point your mouse to More.
• From the options given, click Turn live tile on / off.

Note: After switching it on, wait for a few seconds and check if the Weather App live tile is now working.

Weather Live Tile Issue

Hello James,

We suggest you to turn off and on Weather live tile by following the steps below:

• Click Start Menu, select All apps and then right-click
  Weather app.
• Click More and then select Turn live tile off.
• And now select Turn live on.
• You can now test Weather app live tile.

You can also run Windows apps troubleshooter, it will help you
to automatically fix basic issues that might preventing your apps from running properly.

If the issue still persists you can check updates for apps. Kindly check this
link for further instructions.

Live tiles not working? (Weatherbug, The Weather Channel, and the Weather app by Microsoft all tested)

I've had similar issues with Weather Bug, from what I could gather, there was some sort of Weather Bug service issue over the weekend, at which time my Live Tile stopped updating. Some things that might help if you run into this issue again:

• Sometimes my Live Tile will not update until I actually enter the app (I know this is counterproductive, considering what Live Tiles are supposed to do), but it's a way to "kick start" it again. Usually after entering the app and getting the 'updated'
  info from the app, it starts working again.
• In extreme cases you can go into Weather Bug settings, toggle Live Tiles off, save, then back out of the app.
• Then go back to app, toggle Live Tile back on, save, and then go back to the home screen. (At this point it should be updated/updating.
• Also we've read and heard on these forums that power cycling the phone may also kick start the live tile updating again, should it get stuck.

For the most part though Weather Bug has been very useful and only once has the Live Tile stopped working for me. Hopefully some of the above suggestions help get it going for you all again.
