Windows 10: [Bug] Windows 11 > Windows Security App is Showing Blank Screen

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue whenever I try to open the Windows Security app, it's completely blank.I tried the following method:1. Reset and Repair Windows Security App2. and even completely resetting my Windows But after I reinstalled the Windows, it was completely fresh on all default states. The Windows Security is still blankMy Windows Version:Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language Version: 23H2 Installed on: ‎1/‎15/‎2024 OS build: 22631.3007 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0

WINDOWS SECURITY NOT SHOWING/ BLANK WHITE SCREEN.

Hello, I have been having problem with my Windows Security not showing up/ showing blank white screen. I have uninstalled any conflicting third party antivirus and even followed any tutorials online step by step but the problem persists. Got any solution for my problem? Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.

01. My windows 11 security is not working properly as I open it, it is just black blank screen in there. I checked on Google and YouTube for solutions. Thus, as some professionals suggested, first I looked malware and fixed them using Avast Anti - virus. Then, i restarted the program after repairing & resetting windows security in by right clicking and going to the app settings. However, to my disappointment, it is still the same. I also tried some PowerShell commands. Result is the same.

02. At some point, I tried resetting the laptop, but it won't reset. Whenever I click on reset button, nothing happens or shows up. NOTHING!

03. 05 days ago, I had a blue screen problem. Some call it as windows death screen. It is something when you start your PC a blue screen comes with an error message and restarts your PC again and again. The error message said "unmountable boot problem".

as a result, I had to take my laptop to my service center and get it reset.
