Windows 10: [Bug?] Windows Setting Freeze when opening Backup Option

Hello. I've windows 10 20H2 10.0.19042 N/A Build 19042.804, I just upgrade with febuary 2021 security patch, but I face this error, when I want to access Windows Setting for backup option, then the settings Freeze and CPU spike like 20-30%. I never encounter this before. I tried dism and sfc scannow, no error or violation.

I could access File History and backup from there (this's a relief), but seems on windows settings I can't. From 1709 till now, I always use UWP settings and never touch the legacy win32 settings. Does other have same problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

  How exactly are you trying to perform back up? Is it from the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) or File History?

  Which drive have you selected to back up? Is it an external drive or a network drive or a local drive of the system?

  When you say 'only allows me to do another backup with the same options', which options are you referring to?
  
• 
  Are you unable to select a different drive for a backup from the backup destination list?
  

If you are using a Backup and Restore (Windows 7) option then, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

  Type backup and restore in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on setup backup option.
  
• 
  Click on refresh button to check if the drives are visible in the
  backup destination list.
  
• 
  Choose the drive which you want to back up and click on
  next.
  

If you are trying to use file history I suggest you to un-plug it and restart your computer. Re-plug the external drive and check if the file history options are available.

Windows 10 Backup - No "Add a Drive" option

Thanks for the update. We recommend turning On the File History option in Control Panel and see if it helps with the issue. Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + I on your keyboard to open Windows Settings.
• Click Update & Security, and then click Backup.
• Under Add a drive, click More options.
• Click See advanced settings to open File History.
• Click Turn On button, go back to Backup in the
  Windows Settings and try to do a backup again.
