Sys Event Log Error: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000004, 0x000000000000012c, 0xffffd58d11d43040, 0xffffe68fd0a458e0. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 2c131944-3937-4770-9a62-45432d7c80a0.

Have had this ongoing for awhile. All drivers are up to date to my knowledge. Thought I had it fixed by reverting to previous Chipset Driver pkg, but it re-occurred within an hour.

If it helps to know: System is new build with ASUS ROG X570-F mobo. Samsung NVMe 1TB main storage. 2nd storage Crucial NVMe 1TB. Nvidia RTX 2080 Super gpu. AMD Ryzen 9 cpu. EVGA 650W psu. Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600 dimms 2x16gb. NZXT AIO.

Intermittent issue with restart and shutdown. Will execute at times, not at others.
Removed software, reinstalled Windows 10 - no effect. Clearly a hardware issue.
Has caused BSOD on restart on occasion: Stopcode: "Driver_Power_State_Failure"
Adjusted Power Options to clear fast startup, sleep and adjusted advanced power settings to turn off hard disk never, etc. Still no improvement.

Error id 1001 BugCheck

Hi,

I'm having troubles with random reboots on my pc as of late. I'm not sure what causes it since i have not made any changes to my pc recently.

I decided to check out the logs to see if there are any errors related to these reboots. among a few others i found; "Error id 1001"

"The Computer rebooted after a bugcheck, the bugcheck is 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff9b8d54c078f8, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). "

There is also a mini dumpfile, but i have no idea how to open or indeed read it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Windows 10 bugcheck every few hours with event id 1001

Unfortunately, I have now had a further two bugcheck reboots with event id 1001.

The event text is:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffd0006a879760, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 092615-4281-01.

On both occasions I was running VMWare Workstation 12.

Please can someone with the necessary tools inspect the MEMORY.DMP to find out what is going on?
