Windows 10: Bugcode_USB_Driver

so i keep getting this random error message recently and i've no idea whats causing it or how to fix it.​

My specs are as follows incase its relevent -​

Processor = AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor​

Video Card = NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960​

RAM = 16 GB​

Operating System= Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit​

Just got W10.

Now have had BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER hit me twice.

How can I fix this?

I have been having this problem for a long time even before installing windows 10.

my toshiba P750 laptop keeps restarting and gives a blue screen and says BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER and this keeps occurring more frequently as today it occurred 4 times.

My PC crash with a blue screen and it displayed the error message "BUGCODE_USB_Driver."

It happens every time the computer goes to sleep mode.

I ran this program called WhoCrashed and it shows me this message when I run it after every crash :
