    Are you by chance running a newer build than 10240? The ISO is build 10240 and the newer builds have changed files.

    Is the install.esd file of Windows 10 build 10586-with the november update?

    or it is of Build 10240?

    unhide your system files and there should be an install.esd in the windows-bt\sources folder

    You can use an ISO as long as you do an upgrade, not a clean/new install. Once you've done the upgrade, then you can do a clean install if you want.
